I’ve been banking with first direct for over 20 years and throughout this time I cannot fault them on the innovation, evolution and ultimately the service of its people.

I’ve been using Chip for around 2 years now and barely notice it working in the background - “chipping away” - and building frequent small amounts of money and it certainly builds up over time. You feel like you’re rewarding yourself when you can access your funds easily and for specific goals. I’d recommend it for those who don’t or can’t save - you’re in control the entire time as well.
