It was really easy to apply, I got my decision within a reasonable timeframe and the loan has been really easy to manage. I’ve had a couple of job changes and therefore have needed to change my payment date a couple of times and the process couldn’t have been simpler. The app and the website are very user friendly and the fact there are no fees for extra payments or paying early puts Zopa way ahead of other mainstream lenders.

Transactions on the app could be clearer, calling them about anything is a nightmare always takes ages to get through. No major problems but not perfect. No real perks.

So helpful with managing and saving money. Links up with the app on your phone and tells you how much you’ve spent in a day, helps you set budgets to help you keep control of your spending, creates little savings pots for you. So user friendly

The application process was simple and a decision was made quickly. Managing things like the payment date is so easy to do so when I changed jobs and got paid on a different date there was no issue with amending my payment date. You can also make additional payments without additional cost.
