I think the whole experience was handled really well. I felt that the essential checks had been made to make sure this was the right loan for me. The man I spoke to had a very pleasant manner and was efficient and polite.

I needed a loan to complete work on my house and garden. This was a very efficient service at a good and fair interest rate. It was nice to talk to a man to discuss the loan, he was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Zopa.
