I was the perfect customer. I never missed a single payment in 3 years. I paid my loan of fully early and then a month after my account was settled I got a alert from my credit score company saying i missed February's payment. I fully paid the loan off in the middle on January.
I called many times and waited on hold till the system cut me off as i was waiting so long. I received emails from Likely clearly saying I owe £zero and after I finally got someone to pick up the phone they confirmed it was a system error and should have not been sent out with false information.
I have forwarded all the relevant information to the company that holds my credit details so they are aware of what this company are doing to people and their lives.
I have all the emails to prove everything in this review and will happily forward it to Smart Money People so they are not asked to remove a factual review.
They have clearly lied and updated the database with false information most likely because they missed a few pounds worth of interest as I settled early.
Pathetic.
