AXA UK moved our pensions to Argon.
Now retired I've been looking at all my pots for the future. With this one, I wanted to release some capital. I started this process on 3rd Jan 20. Still today I'm waiting for paper work after 7 days! Told I should receive it in 3 to 5 days. Every time I call given misinformation, conflicting reasons for delays etc. One operator blamed AXA for the long process! I'm going to move the pot from them, purely because I have no trust what's so ever. Appaling.
