Paid my card on the due date at 8pm and received a late payment fee, their day ends at 6pm and not midnight which it does for everyone else. More recently on a separate issue I recieved a letter about persistent debt, the information it contained failed to take into consideration the latest update from the FCA, but they didnt care about that and said they didnt know anything about it. I reported this to the FCA who took note and said the post office had been notified along with all the other companies.
