Not a good experience. Don't do it unless you want to be completely confused. I had a loan for £1000 with interest it was approximately £1200. I made extra payments to clear it, two a month so about £170 a month. In February with payments made it came down to £900 in two months. Then in March I was told my balance was £1800!!!!!????? The Bamboo app does not show payments made and deductions with your balance. I have asked for a breakdown and they sent me a piece of paper with date and transaction on it. No breakdown of balance amount or payments made. I now have an appointment this week to seek legal advice. There is no way this balance can jump from £900 to £1800 with extra payments being made. There are much better organisations to provide a loan with good apps to see axactly where you are, they also don't reply to your emails for days, don't go with Bamboo. Update--with regard to your reply on trustpilot I have emailed you everyday and given you my details over and over and over. I emailed you today, yesterday, the day before, the day before that. I have kept all the email sent and received. I am tired,.... I'm not waiting any longer I have an appointment Friday, you'll hear from them now not me.
