Update: it appears Marsden we’re not at fault regarding the completion date as the solicitor had requested the funds earlier than needed. Marsden didn’t offer anyway around this situation so I was still taken in a negative balance however I wouldn’t have expected anything better from a bank so I can’t fault them for it. Otherwise they have been satisfactory. Reviewed on: 17th March 2020
