ZERO STARS Fire insurance doesn't cover you for fires!

Fully comprehensive insurance on my car. Go to start it and a fire starts in the engine bay. Car collected by insurance co, I chase for 4 weeks as clearly the phones in their office cant make outgoing calls to finally be told the damage isnt covered as it was an electrical or mechanical fault. I asked what else could cause fire damage, they said they only pay for malicious damage. Car now a total loss and finance to settle. Avoid at all costs.
