Dreadful experience. I had a house sale fall through so put money in an instant access account. The sale then came through unexpectedly so I tried to withdraw the money I had put in 2 days earlier I was informed by a dreadful, surly and rude customer service agent that I couldn't for 14 days due to money laundering laws. I was advised by Lloyds bank this is not true and if I could prove where the money was from they couldn't keep it but they did. I have now had to go overdrawn and beg and borrow money to complete on my sale while this awful company holds onto my money! When talking to the awful customer services agent who was rude and unhelpful I asked to make a complaint she said she rejected the complaint without me even putting one in! Dreadful company I will take my money they are holding for ransdom asap then close my account and never use again.....BEWARE
