Aegon just don't get back to you and when they do ... 3 days later they do no respond fully to all clearly raised points of concern. During covid they are not operating a service and should say so to investors and stakeholders. Outwith covid status they were no better they didn't even tell me there was an early end to tax year despite clear complaints realised that outlined the importance off my tax year cash in. A really worry so many wrong and conflicting messages cal centre claims, complaints and yes... management too. Disappointed mitt to access cash when I wanted I was messed around like no other experience i can recall in my 50 decades of life. Don't invest! Reviewed on: 9th April 2020
