After numerous calls and emails to try and arrange a payment holiday during the Coronavirus crisis I finally got through only to be told they don’t give payment holidays and that I’d have to give details and they will decide how much I can drop my payments by but surprisingly enough Alphera financial services in Republic of Ireland give their customers a payment holiday within 5 minutes online. So absolutely disgusting, shame on bmw.
