When i opened the account they set it up with the wrong date of birth, took months to get it sorted, customer service unhelpful. After my name changed they can't change my name on there website so always shows old name. Set up a direct debit which didn't go through but saved my bank details on there system. When i had to get my name changed and date of birth corrected, I had to send a letter, with no proof, seemed very insecure and received no confirmation either time that it had been updated. Every time I've spoken to customer service they haven't really helped and come across a bit rude/ not bothered
