Soooo since june 2019 I had fraud on my account these fraudsters are still trying to gain access to my account were now in april 2020 ,, 9 bank cards since this no help of the bank im a single mother with 2 children how can I feed them what am I going to do no money back from the bank not even a £5.00 credit no help whats so ever ,,, now were all in lock down I have had to give up work to look after my 2 children I am in lock down with covid 19 I haven't eaten.for 2 days due to limit of food for the children so finally I get help with goverment emergency payment I've waited days , days had gone by I then manage to get hold of my neighbours mobile where I was told I have to attend the bank with id all restriction have been put on my account so when were they going to tell me this , so I explain I have a child here with covid 19 basically they dont give a shit and I'm to.go to the bank not a problem but my child im a single mother nothing we can.do about that ,, my reply was ok I will be at the bank tmo with my children
