I have been with more than for years. Every year the month cost has gone up. I accepted this as part of my dogs age. But this year it went up from just over £50 a month to £74. I said enough is enough. I called up as I was moving house too. I was moving 2 streets away. They told me it was to go up again because of the post code I was moving to. More people make a claim from the new post code. So I would have to pay even more now. I complained and stated I have never made a claim so why should I be penalised? They agreed after some persuasion. They agreed to give me a £150 annual discount. Bringing my bill to £63 per month. I wasn’t happy but because I was moving I just agreed. The next month £270 was taken from my account. I complained again and again, sent them statements from the bank. They just didn’t understand what the problem was. Eventually it came down to them setting up another policy without letting me know. They only ever refunded me £24.95 and two lost of £50 as compensation for my trouble. I was so fed up with this I just sent a few e-mails of cancellation. They agreed to this and I was in my way. Goodbye Morethan!! Until TODAY!! They have sent me a letter asking for £639.10 for my years subscription!! What the hell is going on!! How can a company such as this have such a high level of incompetence?
