MBNA is always top of my list of providers to choose for a credit card. They offer frequent zero % Apr offers for existing customers, and even better offers for new customers. The online account does everything you need, my only gripe is not being able to allocate payments to specific plans online. If ever I've had to speak to them they have been helpful, and proactive. All in all, I would recommend an MBNA credit card.
