My girlfriend and I had a stressful experience buying our flat. We had problems with solicitors, mortgage brokers and long delays at every stage. The one exception to this was our experience with the Hanley and our mortgage adviser Jane Longmore.
Jane was helpful, friendly and really responsive. She went over and above to help us, explaining everything really clearly, answering our many questions and ensuring we could get our application through as quickly as possible (down from an estimated 2 months to a couple of weeks).
We would wholeheartedly recommend Jane and the whole team at the Hanley (including Alistair and Danielle) for first time buyers and everyone else. We will certainly be sending our friends her way and we will be back as and when we decide to remortgage or move! Thanks again Jane for all your help, we are now happy and settled in our new flat.
