TRULY dreadful company

Truly dreadful company! Terrible customer service please avoid at all costs. No customer service number or email, so hard to get hold of. Because of the corona virus I needed extra time to gather together no claims discount because all the companies took ages to get back to me. Aswell as my wife being a nurse and family members being subject to corona virus we have had quite a difficult month or so, all of this was explained to customer service and they had nothing to say other than no extension will be given and that they are cancelling our policy and fining us £55. Now my wife has been getting taxis to work and we can't safely go to the shops. We tried getting new insurance straight away but because of staff shortages it's been a few days that we have had no use of a car. I can't explain strongly enough how poor their service was. They just simply did not care about us as people and had no care for us being their customers. Reviewed on: 30th April 2020
