I have lost all my hope!!!! This people are CRIMINALS, bought a FAULTY BMW from Henley Cars. 8 Days after the car broke. I took it to service to make a report of the faults they found OVER 30 FAULTS with the car. By LAW I am entitled to a complete refund. When I provided the document to Alphera, they disappeared and started to ignore me completely. I still pay monthly for the car to Alphera , lost ALL MY MONEY and have a BROKEN CAR. My LAWYERS are in shock and state that what they do is ILIGAL!
