DONT TRUST MORE THAN PET INSURANCE - Ive just had a claim denied. Tried claiming £150 and the policy cost me £650. Told by my vet to leave a lump until it caused him issues in 2017. He was struggling breathing as on neck so we had it removed. Claim denied even though I was following the vets advice. Total con. AVOID
