Over 4 weeks ago I applied for a business account with TSB. I proved my identity and was told it would be 2 days. Still not heard a thing, call them and they are to busy. Ask for a call back and they don’t call back.
The log in details ask for the same thing over and over again, process application. It then sends a email saying we have received your application please prove identity. Horrendous service. I really hope this is not affecting the credit score.
