About a year ago, I noticed that I had over £2000 taken from my account fraudulently by Wonga, over a period of 48 hours. On going into my local branch, I was reassured and dealt with in a professional and kind manner. It had also caused my mortgage company to charge me £25 for bouncing a direct debit. This was refunded immediately. The money was refunded within a week which was very good too. My only concern was that the Halifax hadn't had a system in place that hoghlighted four unusual transactions within the space of two days from the same company. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

I have had swiftcover car insurance on a couple of occasions. What I really like is the ease that I can amend any details with such speed. Unlike with some insurers, the swiftcover site is quick to respond and easy to find and check the details. Even better, it is easy to check the details are correct and so it gives you peace of mind.
