I have been with the BS for almost 40 years. Though I have also held numerous bricks and mortar/telephone/online bank accounts, none have ever come close to the honesty and integrity, coupled with flexibility of the service invariably supplied by the Nationwide. Their security is tight, yet simple to use.

I ordered £500 of euros at short notice and was able to collect (at 4am) at their airport booth immediately before flying out. Telephone and face to face customer service was friendly and efficient. They lived up to all of their promises. You might find a (very slightly) better rate of exchange, but given the convenience, they are worth considering.
