I used this when I travelled abroad last year and I found that it wasn't the easiest of travel cards to use. Simply logging in to check your balance was confusing. The rates of exchange were very high and it was a lot more complicated to use than other travel cards. However when I did have an issue with my card, the staff at TUI were really helpful, The only problem is it had to be solved in store so my mum had to go and sort it out while I was stuck in Thailand! More customer service options would be appreciated! An easier way to unlock a new card through a telephone conversation would have been appreciated!
