From sending me someone else's documents to making me wait weeks to speak to a member of staff, I've had consistently bad service from the Clydesdale. I had a current account with them for 8 years only to find out they hadn't completed the admin on their end so they had no record of my account. Trying to get that sorted was a gruelling, lengthy experience.

The Internet Saver account was easy to set up and with the mobile app it's really easy to transfer money and check your balance.
It also gave me double the interest rate I was getting on my ISA with Santander. Downside is there's no branches or even a bank card so everything has to be done online.
