Sent a online banking pass, will not let me log in, spoke to various people, one man twice each time 3/4hr, said he would ring me back in 48hrs, HA HA its 96hrs now,
Thry need to sort out their IT dept, thinking of cancelling this one and go elsewhere USELESS.
