Fantastic customer service and fair prices all round, only rising by a minimal amount every year. Never had an issue claiming when I needed to - claim form all online and very quick to pay out.

Having been a veterinary nurse for over a decade I have encountered many insurance companies who lure pet lovers in with low monthly premiums with a promise of paying out should your pet fall ill. In reality they only cover a tiny portion of the bill, fight to get away with not paying out for certain elements of the claim and then exclude the condition for the rest of the pets life!
Agria are the total opposite. A delight to deal with as a veterinary professional and a pet owner. Affordable premiums without having to scrimp on cover, fantastic customer service and no fight to claim everything back when you need to.
