Their service is quite okay, not necessarily the best. I haven't had too many problems with them and whenever I do they are quick enough to sort it out but I have had the odd occasion where they're not much help.

It's weird as I wouldn't think having telephone contact only would make the service good, but it's been absolutely amazing. Every single problem I have they are there to sort it day in and day out.
