It was bad before, but now it is non-existent. Just wasted 1hr30 minutes on hold before I gave up. The only reason I waited that long is because they also ignore their secure message service... supposed to reply in 24 hrs, I reminded them after 5 weeks and they ignored this as well... I am insulted by such obvious disregard for customers they claim to value so much!
