Had to chase and chase for a response. Customer service appalling. My laptop was completely broken after a coffee spillage and they asked me to send them the laptop plus passwords!!!!! As I was unwilling to compromise all my personal data, I could not proceed with the claim!! As loyal customer for many years and zero claims.... I will never use again
