Opened a cash ISA a few weeks ago. Found the whole experience very easy. Pleased I opened when I did as shortly after the rate dropped. Would definitely recommend them

Easy to open account online and the interest rate is better than most. Cannot comment on customer service as it has not been needed. These are a foreign bank so have a different protection scheme for money

Very poor experience. Was tempted by the high interest rate on offer but the customer service was sadly lacking. They are a foreign bank and do not seem geared to the UK market

not on price comparison sites so did this separately and found it beat all other quotes. Was quick and easy to buy online
