Easy to renew ,bought last year and they automatically renew for you just send you a letter telling you it will be renewed. If you want to cancell just get in touch with them. This is good because you won't be left without yearly travel insurance, also reasonable priced.

Going into local branch which has been revamped, lots of new machines to use and make things quicker than queuing up. The staff were very helpful explaining how to use the new machines, great service
