Why is it that every year when the renewal price is sent, it is sky high and I have to go through the performance of threatening to leave to get it reduced
Only needed them three times in over 20 years but the service provided was quick and efficient.

Originally buying house insurance online as it worked out cheaper than buying by phone but I had to check a question and contacted by phone. Girl offered to complete the transaction I said it was cheaper online, no problem she let me have it at the online price. Was very pleasant all the way through.
