Opted for automatic renewal. Received what I presumed were renewal documents but were in fact requests for proof of address and copy of driving licence (none of which had changed). Having not received these they cancelled policy which i can understand BUT...... charged me £80 to do so!!! Outrageous. Don't touch with barge pole.
