Service completely unacceptable. I used this company for a new car They cleaned my car and really damaged inside. Made promise to make things right in person, but then ignored me. Made a complaint and as no evidence I didn’t damage car and the promise were verbal will do nothing about it!

Finally, make a SRA request. All you have to do it ask. They legally have to provide you will all details on file they have about you. You can then see all the mistakes they’re making behind the scenes as well, which will help towards your complaint.
