I have a basic Account with Lloyd’s Bank. I have always found them to provide excellent customer service when I have needed to contact them, always polite and cheery... even if they can’t actually help you!!
I really do feel that they value me just as much as if I were investing thousands with them...
The App is also easy to use and online chat always available.
