I am not insured with Aviva but they owe me money following an accident where my daughter was the 3rd party. They agree to the debt but simply don't pay and don't respond. They haven't paid up in over a year. Their customer service people send lovely simpering emails and redirect me to Claims - who simply don't respond. A company which couldn't care less about anything or anyone but their money. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

THEY'VE BEEN ROBBED ME FOR 4 YEARS! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

4 years ago I bought a Recover Cover online. I had to tick the box and accept their Terms&Conditions to be able to continue my application and forgot about. I wasn't aware at that time what this would mean for me in the future. Then I moved a house and never received any renewal letter from them. They had my email address, but obviously never notified me about (this is not in their interest!). I've been used a different recovery services for the last 4 last years.. and just found out that THEY'VE BEEN ROBBED ME FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS TOO! Once a year a full amount went out from my account AUTOMATICALLY ! When I rung them and asked for an explanation, they couldn't even find my details in their system! After 6 months I received a final response from RAC with a FULL REFUND DENIAL. Why would they?! I passed my complaint to Financial Ombudsman Services and at the same time to my bank.
