I was a first time buyer and they settled my nerves straight away by being so friendly and welcoming and explained everything in detail I left feeling happy that I had made the right choice picking the credit union

The lovely ppl gave me a mortgage when everyone else said no due to not having a credit card I will be forever great full 9 years later am still enjoying there amazing mortgage benefits and friendly ,understanding attitude that I have only got with them .

Due to COVID I phoned to get advice and they could not have been anymore informative with all my options and also very understanding of my situation first class service in my eyes
