I suffer from anxiety and depression. This means that I often struggle to explain myself or the problem I need solving. Stepchange never rush me and always listen when I phone. By the time I put the phone down I feel less anxious and more reassured that things are going in the right direction.

Using the clearscore site is easy. they keep me informed about my credit rating and how it compares locally so that I can be confident I am on the right track.

I am in a DMP with Stepchange. It has helped to take the worry out of being in debt because my creditors know that they are going to be paid every month and if my situation changes Stepchange are there to advise and support me.
