In branch help in the branches that I use is great, congrats on that.
Phone customer service is horrendous. Was served by an agent possibly from a call centre in India. The person could barely speak English and could not understand a word I was saying. Had to hang up and walk to the bank.

Customer service is very very good. Helpful and really make you feel they care when you call with an issue.
Rates could be lower, specially for long term customers.
