I’ve been with Hastings for 7 years. Fortunately I have not had to make a claim except for a chipped windscreen. However when I have had to contact them for whatever reason they have been very friendly and helpful.
The only thing to watch out for is how much they hike up the renewal costs each year. If you do a comparison you will find the same insurance for maybe £200-£300 cheaper. So never auto renew without giving them a call and negotiating first!
