Iv been with payplan now for over 4 years, in just over a years time I would of completed my 5 yr contract with them.
Over 4 years when ever i have wanted help or advise the staff at pay plan have always been there giving me the best advice which has been really appreachiated.
In 2019 I had a bad time and I was indeed to sort a car out and I didnt what to do, so I spoke to a Payplan staff member on the phone and that lady was fantastic we agreed a temporary hold on payments for 3 months which allowed me to use 3 months payments towards a car for me to keep working, that advice and help from payplan is worth everystar.
On all my reviews iv always had a helpful friendly with the advisor's. I honestly can not fault this service.
They deserve to win the award.

iv been with LV insurance a few years now.. and I have always found there customer service brilliant, they are very helpful and quick at making any changes om your policy when asked, so far i have found LV one of the cheapest insurance companys out their compared to others on the market.
I like the way they email your insurance documents over to you its qucik easy and convenient.
These are the best in the market for insurance policys.
