If you joint this bank expect HOURS on the phone waiting to talk to someone, who when you finally get through they can't help so transfer you BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PHONE QUEUE. This my late dads bank, I managed to get POA account but still after two weeks can't get online to access my dads estate
