Nationwide you should be ashamed fronting this insurance and as for their administrators ... UK Insurance a complete joke. You cannot get hold of them, they never respond.../claim they have called you and never do, totally unprofessional if you are lucky enough to ever speak to anyone. My claim has been going on for over 3 months... no closer than when I started. Complained to nationwide and they sent my complaint to UK insurance.... complete circle of nitwits
