I opted out of Serps pension back in 1980, now they have stopped it. I will no longer benefit when I retire. I have never had any one contact me from Royal London to advise me in any kind off way an feel very disappointed.

I had purchsed car insurance online, it was easy an all my insurance documents were sent to my email an I could also access them online. They gave be a good deal. And I am very happy customer.
