Mojo failed to provide options that would have been suitable for me. Which through another broker I managed to successfully apply for. It was a very disappointing experience and when I complained regarding the way my case was managed. Their complaints department admitting no wrong doing and highlighting how great their agent was in a few pages over email after weeks of waiting.
Frustrating experience and failure as a mortgage broker. The main excuse was we deal with over 90 lenders how can we know all the options available, which to me is a sign of low standards and laziness.
