Badly run, customer unfriendly, utterly useless and shows how little Sainsbury cares about its brand

To get a windscreen replaced, you find Sainsbury is just a broker and the real insurer is Liverpool Victoria. You ave to call and wait on the line to three different people before you end up with National Windscreens an extraordinarily inefficient enterprise which does not care about you because you are not a customer of theirs. After 5 hours nothing is yet fixed. Dont use these people. I am going to stop shopping at Sainsbury too. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
