Simple yet efficient

Simple process to get a quote, so much cover available, no excess and reasonable price - what more could you ask for. Not yet had to claim and I know that will always confirm how good the policy is but I expect it will be smooth also. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
