Cancelled Multi Pet with no advance Notice

I've been with AF for 5 years and have 3 policies . This year our policy prices shot up and when I enquired why they have decided no multipet. As 2 of my cats have ongoing illness I have been forced to remain with them and pay the extortionate price. Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Top class customer service

I've recently moved over to multi car with Aviva and had a few glitches online so gave them a call. The young lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. She spoke me through and get me a fantastic package. I contacted them online just a few weeks later to ask if I could upgrade to SDP&C and this was done in the space of 5 minutes with no extra charge. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 19th July 2017

Disgusting Customer Service

Having been a loyal customer for a couple of years we were posted to a new build - right next to a current housing area. For 50 weeks we were insured here no problems but upon renewal we received 2 'we can not offer you a quote'. When I rung to enquire what was going on they informed me that the underwriters didn't have enough information on the area to insure us. Funny as a guy we know on the next street over is insured by them no problems. Long story short - they don't think a phone call would have been good enough and there was nothing they could do. This isn't satisfactory and they have lost the custom of 500 new homes - most with 2 cars. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017
