I moved all my money out today. Trying to pay online bills but taking longer than the 10minutes expiry to receive a one-time-passcode . Telephone support wanted to issue a 'passcode by post within 7 days'. I have had a series of terrible customer service interactions & I am now giving up and moving banks. NOT RECOMMENDED Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
